TERMS AND CONDITIONS BRAMAI Construction LLC
1. Additional or Unapproved Work
No additional or extra work will be performed unless it is authorized in writing by the client and approved by Bramai Innovation management.
Requests made directly to crew members without prior authorization will not be covered under the agreed price and may incur additional charges.
2. Use of Tools and Work Area
For safety and liability reasons, clients or third parties are not allowed to use, move, or operate Bramai Innovation’s tools, equipment, or machinery without prior written authorization.
This includes bringing personal tools or equipment into the work area without consulting the company first.
3. Interference or Work Manipulation
Once the project has started, clients or third parties are not allowed to modify, alter, or continue the work on their own.
Any outside interference may affect the project’s quality, safety, and warranty.
In such cases, Bramai Innovation will not be responsible for damages, defects, or additional costs resulting from client intervention.
4. Documentation and Signatures
FAll approvals, changes, or agreements must be confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.
Verbal agreements or text messages will not be considered valid unless supported by signatures.
5. Estimates and Price Adjustments
All estimates are based on current material and labor costs at the time of quotation.
If material or supplier prices change before the project is confirmed, Bramai Innovation reserves the right to adjust the final price.
Clients will be notified of any change prior to the start of work.
6. Respect and Professional Conduct
Bramai Innovation values respect and professional communication.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if a client displays disrespectful, aggressive, or abusive behavior toward our staff or company.
